Your New Position
Your new position will be a ServiceNow Regional Director of Sales. You will be responsible for implementing a go-to-market strategy to ensure the company exceeds their goals within your region. Business development is key in this position, so you will have had prior experience selling into large enterprise. You are going to build relationships with the channel and vendor partners, and you will also need to have relationships with the C-level executives to implement your strategies for each quarter. Be in charge of a team of skilled account executives and build out a pipeline for future clients.
What You'll Need to Succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to have outstanding communication skills and need to establish relationships with key seniors. This is a director's position so you will have had prior management experience because you will be in charge of at least ten other account execs. You will have had prior experience selling SAAS products including but not limited to ServiceNow, Microsoft, AWS, microsoft, and workday.
