My client are looking for ServiceNow Developers/ServiceNow advanced Administrators to work on their newly implemented ServiceNow platform. Having recently gone 'live' with the platform they have key focus on the ITOM aspect including Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping etc.
Role & Responsibilities
* Responsible for platform maintenance & advanced administration
* Working with teams to implement technical solutions to integrate with other toolsets
* Implement ITOM modules including Service Mapping, Orchestration, Event Management & Discovery
* Work closely with other stakeholders and 3rd party vendors
* Work on Level 2 and Level 3 ServiceNow-specific tickets
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with ServiceNow Administration & Configuration
* Experience with ITOM Modules
* ITIL V3 certification
* Code analysis and troubleshoot difficult technical issues
* 3rd party & key stakeholder management experience
* Up to 80% remote working
