Your new company

You will be working for a University health network that is a fully integrated, regional, non-profit network. This network is currently using the Kingston version of ServiceNow but they are planning on upgrading to Madrid. They currently have a ticketing system in place and are using incident, problem, change, demand, and knowledge modules.

Your new role

Your new role will be a ServiceNow developer. Some tasks that you will be responsible for completing include creating complex work flows, gathering requirements to build out the platform, troubling shooting, and improving the service catalogue. Orchestration and configuring the main server also are responsibilities for this role.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to possess good communication skills. Along with these communication skills you will need to have a very broad knowledge base of the ServiceNow platform. ITSM experience is necessary and ITOM experience is preferred but not necessary for the role. To be successful in this position you will need to be able to come in and hit the ground running.
