Your new company

You will be working for a non-profit health care organization. This company recently implemented the ServiceNow platform and they are seeking someone to manage their incident and problem management transformation.



Your new role

You will be working as an incident and problem manager. You will be responsible for managing major incidents during critical moments, crises, and other broadly impacting events. Managing incident calls and incident chats through the ServiceNow platform is also something that you will be doing.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of three years of incident and problem management experience. Having the ITIL v3/4 certification is also required for this position. ServiceNow experience is also something that this role requires due to the fact that you will be working entirely within the platform.

What you'll get in return
