IT Support Desk Manager - San Mateo, CA - Up to $115k

You will be working for a major investment management company located in the San Mateo area. This company is dedicated to keeping a vigilant watch over market conditions, responding rapidly and flexibly to evolving conditions in order to protect and grow their clients' investments.
Your New Role
In this role, you will oversee a team of up to ten individuals on the day-to-day operations of the IT support desk. You will be expected to deliver technical expertise with high level customer service - end users need to be happy and have their problems solved. You will be expected to identify areas of IT service which need improvements, then plan and manage the appropriate solutions to fruition. In this role you will work closely with other IT leaders and Project Managers.
What You Need to Succeed
You should have at least two years of experience working as a help/support desk manager. With that experience, you should bring hands-on experience with help desk and remote control software. This company utilises ServiceNow software for its support - experience with that platform is a plus, but not a requirement. You should be able to communicate effectively with everyone from end users to your own management.
