You will be working for one of the nation's leading broadband providers, with customers in over 300 communities across the US. This company focuses on providing a state-of-the-art network and impeccable customer service through a highly-trained expert staff.
Your New Role
This role is located within the company's HQ in the Denver, CO area. You will be the Principal ServiceNow developer in this role, charged with the development of new modules, leading upgrades, developing custom applications, and integrations. You will interact regularly with customers and key decision makers throughout the development process. A revamp of the change-management process is currently underway and in December, this company will be upgrading its platform to New York.
What You Need to Succeed
Candidates need to be well-versed on the ServiceNow platform. You will need to bring skills with ITSM, Major Incident management, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping to this role. You will need to be a strong communicator, and be able to tell truth to power when advising key decision makers on best practices. You should be able to articulate the business reasons for undertaking certain projects.
