They are already up and running on the ServiceNow Platform.

Your new role

You will be working in a team setting to lead design, configuration, and development tasks to support business systems. You will be translating user requirements into concepts for information systems solutions. Other responsibilities include ensuring that the ServiceNow modules are implemented correctly and supports future upgrades. This role also requires you to manage ServiceNow operations

What you'll need to succeed

To Succeed in this role you will need to be able to interact technically with the different technologies and work with customers on a personal level. Having experience with full lifecycle projects is important as well as hands on experience with automated and manual discovery. You will need to be able to have an in depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and a deep understanding of how it interacts with the wider business. You will also need experience in Linux, Windows, XML, JSON, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP web services.
