* Proven Leader with experience in successfully managing a high performance team of senior consultants and Subject Matter Experts

* Strong delivery and engagement management background with experience managing development teams that use Agile development methodologies and Continuous Integration
* Effective communicator with expectation management skills
* Strong facilitation, change, and project management skills
* Business development experience including demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities
* Significant experience as liaison with Global Delivery engagements and Global Delivery Management
* Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of qualification, pre-sales support, post-sales support, transition, and service delivery in Product Engineering space

* Enterprise Architecture skills a PLUS
* A Master's degree or higher from a reputed university in Computer Science or a related field or Related Experience



Responsibilities

* Act as the primary interface between MeB Clients and the practice.
* Be accountable for enabling revenue generation.
* For the Practice:

* Serve as a services subject matter expert to both internal and external customers
* Define the competitive positioning for the Practice and incubate new offerings with-in Cloud space
* Define the service portfolio
* Identify and leverage current competencies and capabilities; establish or augment to fill gaps
* Establish workflows and governance
* Establish successful relations with internal and external stakeholders including ServiceNow
* Develop sales and marketing kits
* Establish methodologies and best practices to support delivery

* Define and build Go To Market Solutions that monetizes existing Intellectual Property with-in MeB and its Eco System
* Participate in Solutions Selling

* Performs feasibility studies and qualifies opportunities.
* Provide technical support for sales meetings and presentations
* Represent the Practice before existing and prospective customers
* Write technical solution and positioning portions of proposals and RFP responses

* Build Communities of Practice for the firm
* Rely on CoE functions to

* Develop strategies to improve supportability and maintainability of ServiceNow software products
* Recommend and implement use of specific software development technologies and methodologies and bring best practices to the team
* Guide other managers and senior technical staff working in projects
* Develop competencies within the firm on tools supporting the services
* Provide inputs for technical training programs for practitioners

* Establish strategic partnerships with solution vendors
* Branding and Marketing of MeB Offering through
