ServiceNow Implementation Technical Manager - Washington, DC - ServiceNow Partner

A leading consultant, based in Washington, DC, is looking for a ServiceNow professional to help lead their ITBM team. The company is dedicated to growing its employees and offers extensive training, along with opportunities for hand-on experience. You will be key in helping to identify business requirements, requirements management, and supporting implementations through the NOW platform. It is imperative that you have strong communication skills in order to help serve the client through the Digital Transformation team. The company is currently looking for motivated and talented ServiceNow professionals to add their expertise to their growing team as soon as possible.

Essential Requirements:

* 2+ years of ServiceNow Experience
* Experience working with ITBM module
* The ability to drive business results in major transformation efforts
* Experience with design good practices and relevant enabling tools
* Great communication skills written and oral
* ServiceNow certified is preferred
* US Citizen or Green Card Holder
