Your new role

This company is looking for a ServiceNow Engagement Manager who wants to join the corporate operations team. This role will be extremely client facing. This is a remote role that requires some travel. Successful candidates will have a strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions and will possess expertise across the breadth of the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will have full project lifecycle responsibilities from planning, leading and closing out projects



What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you will need to have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow Platform implementations. You will also need to have some experience with project management too. You will need to be able to travel some and maintain strong customer relationships and build new ones.
