Description:

You will act as the technical lead for ServiceNow implementations in architecture, design, development, and implementation and advise on options, risks, and impacts on business processes and technical architecture. Additionally you will collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects that are completed on time and within budget. You will demonstrate expertise in multiple implementations of IT business management (ITBM), IT service management (ITSM), and IT operations management (ITOM) applications and implementing integrations to 3rd party systems, including Tableau.



What you need:

* -10+ years of experience as a key technical resource for large-scale ServiceNow solutions
* -5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow architect or ServiceNow solution consultant
* -Experience with development and administration in ServiceNow and ServiceNow implementations
* -Experience with incident management, service request, problem management, change management, discovery, and configuration management databases (CMDB)
* -Experience with working in a large-scale Agile DevOps environment
* -Ability to exceed the expectations and requirements of the stakeholders and management team
* -Ability to provide technical leadership and professional guidance to managers and the ServiceNow development team
* -Ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to stakeholders
* -Secret clearance
* -BA or BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or Engineering required



Additional Requirements:

* -Experience with Identity and Access Management tools, including OKTA
* -Experience with DoD ServiceNow or a similar Cloud platform implementation
* -ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification
* -ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
* -Completion of advanced ServiceNow System Administration training
