Your new company
You will be working for a ServiceNow Consulting Partner based out of Seattle with office spanning over the United States. This firm has built a background with other technologies and started a ServiceNow practice over 5 years ago. They are very well respected in the ServiceNow ecosystem and have built up a very strong client pool from continued implementation and services success.
Your new role
You will be the ServiceNow Engagement Manager for this firm. This role will be able to handle multiple client engagements at once, dealing directly with the clients and the delivery team. This role will be helping with the expansion of this partner through all of their main markets and grow their practice. As well as nurture already existing clients to ensure that they are continuing to received top notch service.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need excellent communication skills for dealing directly with the client and translating needs back to the delivery team. Prior experience leading multiple ServiceNow engagements at once. Past project management skills are a must. The ability to maintain original contracts and stop SOW creeping.
