A globally recognised, retail company is looking to hire a ServiceNow Developer to customise work flows as well as, configure internal groups to revamp the business process. The company has rolled out ITSM, ITOM (Event Management and Service Mapping) and will be looking into building a company Service Portal and working with HR to build out a custom Application. Due to the global nature of the company, E-Bonding is very important, but experience of that is not a pre-requisite.

As a Developer you will be working closely with the ServiceNow development team and the Senior Director, so you should have excellent communication skills. The projects you work on will impact the company on a global level. The candidate must know how to build, design, and customise services and applications. On a day to day basis the candidate should expect to provide technical leadership to the team designing, testing, and implementing the ServiceNow platform. You will also assist in the development, maintenance and adaptation of the platform to suit the operator's needs. Wide variance of module experience is a plus, but the core ITSM suite is essential.


* 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform
* 4-5 years of IT Service Delivery experience
* 4+ years of developing software
* 4+ years of coding language experience (i.e. JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Agular JS)
* Must have a knowledge of LDAP/ Active Directory
* Must be able to preform with a sense of urgency
* Must be able to adapt to changing priorities
