A ServiceNow Partner is seeking a Business Process Manager to be responsible for leveraging ITSM, ITOM and other Enterprise IT Infrastructure practices. You will be strategizing solutions, that optimize or transform a client's current IT process/ infrastructure. You will also be guiding & recommending solutions to c-level executives.

Your new role

Our client is seeking a Business Process Manager. In this role you will face off to c-level executives, lead workshops, present demos, gather requirements, present solutions, and lead a team.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience being Customer & Client facing, being able to face off to C-level executives and provide solutions, make recommendations
* Provide customer service in the post implementation phase
* Knowledge of system patching mechanics with regards to the various operating systems.
* Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and Services
* Functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow
* Knowledge of or understanding JavaScript and Jelly or similar scripting language
* 3+ years of Professional Services experience in SaaS software sales
* Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients
* Working knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services
* Working knowledge of remote administration via SSH, SNMP, WMI or PowerShell
