Job Description

Looking for an experienced Account Executive to nurture strong business relationships. Primary sales focus will be to build a sales pipeline for ServiceNow solutions, license and implementation related services. You will assume existing accounts, drive our expansion strategy within the defined territory to develop new relationships and close new business. We are looking for a team player with a competitive spirit who can fit in and be immediately productive.

Role & Responsibilities

* Lead generation strategies and execution for South Eastern U.S.
* Working closely with channel and vendor partners
* Collaborating with delivery teams throughout the sales cycle
* Presenting and negotiating proposals (including RFPs/RFIs) leading to Statements of Work
* Providing on-going account management to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities to assist them
* Providing regular status and projections against sales activities

Skills & Qualifications

* 5+ years of sales experience in IT solutions and services
* 2+ years of sales experience in ITSM or InfoSec solutions
* Prior experience with channel sales and the ability to forge strong working relationships with channel sales staff
* Experience managing an ongoing sales pipeline / book of business of approximately $3-5m+
* Demonstrated ability to present and influence buyers (including C-level executives)
* Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills
* Ability to forecast current and future business
* Align capabilities to business drivers within your customer/prospects organizations
