Your new role
In this role you will be a Lead technical ServiceNow individual that will act as a leader of the team. This team will be a IT service team. They will assist in the needs of a certain departments IT users and the systems involved. On a daily basis they will provide administration and development support and overseeing the system. The main job functions include forming and preserving an agile ServiceNow system components. Enhance the team in reporting and prioritization. In this role you will also implement problem management, change management, incident management, and more. Develop the teams with forms, reports, roles, and workflows. Lastly, you will collaborate with people you will work with regularly to reach best practices.
