Your New Company

Famous NY entertainment venue is looking to re-implement their ServiceNow platform. They are building a brand new team around the platform, including core leadership, administrators, business analysts, and developers.

Your New Role

This client is looking for a lead developer to re-implement their current ServiceNow platform throughout the entire enterprise. The team will be implemented the core ITSM modules, as well as Discovery, Service Mapping, and GRC. There are also custom applications and integrations on the road-map. The successful hire will work in conjunction with internal stakeholders, as well as work closely with leadership to define the road-map and strategy of the platform.

Some responsibilities include:

* Design, develop, and implement business applications in ITIL, CMDB, Service Catalog, SDLC, Change Management, and Incident Management
* Develop and implement of ServiceNow ITSM modules
* Design ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and other applications like ServiceWatch, GRC etc.
* Work in scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell
* Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To be successful, you will have had extensive experience as a developer in the ServiceNow industry. The ideal candidate has ITIL v3 certification, along with ServiceNow certifications.
