Role & Responsibilities
* Lead and Manage ServiceNow Implementation work in Agile/ Scrum SDLC Process
* Develop ServiceNow Roadmap
* Plan and Manage testing process using structured test plans and TDD process using ServiceNow
* Developing best practices and standards
* Plan and manage upgrades
* Proactively support continuous improvement
* manage MID servers and discovery
Skills & Qualifications
* BS in IT field
* 10+ yrs' IT Experience
* 5+ SNOW experience
