Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

* This is a fast-paced, on-site role requiring experience with configuration management process, governance, best practices and alignment across multiple CMDB instances.
* Provide strategic and tactical leadership on Configuration Management Process
* Establish a framework for Configuration Management Process
* Track the execution of the Configuration Management Process, ensuring alignment with broader ITSM and organizational objectives
* Collaborate with multiple process and technical groups to coordinate between configuration management and related ITSM processes
* Promotes awareness of the configuration, capabilities, and governance model for the platform
* Work with both technical and non-technical SMEs to detect, document and identify resolution for CMDB related issues
* Provides business input and approval for changes to the ServiceNow environment and engages in verification of completed changes

* Plans and manages support for configuration management tools and processes

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience
* Strong organization and communication skills
* Must be local to Atlanta, GA as this work effort will be primarily onsite
* Must have authorization to work in the United States, we do not sponsor visas
