Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

* Knowledge of implementation and integration for ServiceNow HR Service Management modules. To be a pillar to oversee digital transformations within HR platform
* Work with other business units to provide HR offerings on Strategy roadmaps, streamline workflow processes and other capabilities of ServiceNow
* Perform end-to-end employee life-cycle transactions (on/off boarding, staff movements, benefits administration)
* Operations and Data management of employees in HR system
* Perform HR transactions and support requests via SAP HRMS, SuccessFactors, together with Time Management System, Travel & Expense, Talent Management, Employee Self-Service and Case Management
* Proficient in direct interactions and management with key business stakeholders within the various HR functions and departments within the businesses
* Design solutions relevant to Shared Services operations effectiveness and employee experience

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor of Business Management, Human Resources or related discipline
* At least 5 years of related experience
* Experience in cloud based HRMS solutions i.e. SuccessFactors employee Central or Workday preferred
* Experience in system implementation is advantageous
* Experience in HR analytics and insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Possess strong logic and analytical thinking for problem solving
