The clients are seeking an experienced ServiceNow administrator having previous experience with development and integration. You need to ideally be ITIL certified and analytically focussed with good customer service skills. CSM, ITSM, ITOM, GRC skills are desirable.
* Identifying defects of the ServiceNow tool
* Supporting the business in new process and continue improvement
* Develop ServiceNow scripting
