Problem Manager / London / Permanent

Problem Manager based in London is required by a leading logistics company. With the chance to work with global organisation, you will be embarking on an exciting opportunity to take charge of their professional growth and career. As a Problem Manager you will be responsible for managing problems through to resolution and actively analyse technical data to identify underlying problems.

**£50k-55k depending on Problem Management experience

**This Problem Management role is based in London

**This client requires for you to have ITSM Process design and implementation experience

**Performance related bonus

**Starting end of April (flexible depending on notice period)

This client is seeking a passionate and motivated Problem Manager to join their ever-growing team and be a part of their success.

Responsibilities include:

* Manage record and manage problems through to resolution
* Assist with Major Incidents
* Manage and continuously improve the problem management processes
* Make sure Known Error and KEDB articles are created and maintained
* Manage the interface between Problem Management and CSI



The Problem Manager is required to have experience in ITSM design and implementation, experience with Service management tools including ServiceNow and previous software development experience.
