This financial services leader has a strong global presence and a great IT team with a vision of implementing ServiceNow into their business. They are located along the Jersey City/NYC border and looking for a well established, technical ServiceNow professional to spearhead this change.

Your New Role

You will be the technical Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow. This candidate will be both client facing, guiding stakeholders on what needs to happen with the platform to best fit the business, and be an expert with their hands on the keyboard. You spearhead the implementation of ServiceNow from roadmapping all the way through to deployment and then further enhancements down the line. You will be a leader/mentor for the team of technical professionals under you. Other tasks as necessary.

What You Need to Succeed

Successful candidates should have over 5 years of ServiceNow experience. 8 years of wider ITSM experience is desirable as well (ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, Remedy, etc..). You should be extremely technical and have done full implementations in the past. Javascript, Angular JS, Integrations Languages, APIs, Workflows, and Script expertise will be needed.
