You will join a large ServiceNow customer that has worked tirelessly to build out its ServiceNow platform in the past few years. You have internal buy in from the executive suite and will work directly with them to shape the ServiceNow platform for the future. This organization has a strong culture based on the development of employees to create a positive work environment. Your team will consist of developers, administrators and architects on a daily basis to implement solutions in ServiceNow.
* Work closely with IT Management to align internal ServiceNow processes with the IT strategy
* Lead enhancement efforts on the ServiceNow platform that apply technical solutions to eliminate manual processes and simplify workflows for complex procedures
* Act as the primary POC for all tasks and assignments directed toward the development team
* Provide business analysis and troubleshoot for the ServiceNow platform
* Perform ongoing knowledge transfer and assist the technical team in developing its own ServiceNow
* Advise on design and overall ServiceNow best practices
