An amazing opportunity with a ServiceNow partner for a permanent role is required in West Midlands as a ServiceNow Technical Lead - Consultant. A leading IT services organisation is looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to take ownership of their new ServiceNow solution throughout the whole lifecycle and continue to help drive this client forward.
**£50k-60k depending on ServiceNow Technical Lead experience

This client is a rapidly expanding within the enterprise sector and is looking to continue to grow. Therefore an experienced, passionate ServiceNow Technical Lead is required to fill the team management position. As a Technical Lead, you are required to have experience in implementing ServiceNow as well as been through a number of ServiceNow lifecycles. You will need to be a confident communicator and confident in presenting to internal and external stakeholders. This is very much a hands on role with great opportunities to grow.
* Provide ServiceNow technical support during ServiceNow implementation
* Experience working within IT management roles
* Previously worked on ServiceNow implementation
* Proactively work with project managers
* Experience of ITIL based processes
* Effectively communicating with stakeholders
