Your Role

As a Consultant, you'll be part of a close knit team dealing with variety of customers in Sydney CBD. Working hands on, on large implementation migration and transformation projects. Designing and building processes, work flows and catalog items for enterprise level clients. Working in a challenging environment with constant training and development provided.

What you will need to Succeed

* 2-3 years of experience working with ServiceNow solutions
* Experienced Consulting skills - Requirements gathering and problem-solving methods.
* Communication & presentation skills
* Expertise within development in ServiceNow.
* Designing work flows
* Service catalog experience
* JavaScript Development experience

Any other experience in HR, CSM, Security, Service Portal, Angular JS and ITOM is highly valued

Certification in ServiceNow is a huge plus point!
