You will be working alongside a remote time, mostly based out of New York. The company provides Managed Services along with ServiceNow Integration Solutions on a global scale.
You will be the technical right hand man reporting to the Practice Manager and working closely with CEO. You will be working remotely with limited travel for Pre-Sales opportunities. The right candidate must have domain seperation experience as well as a strong background in ITSM and ITOM, especially the Discovery and Service Mapping Modules of Service Now.
Strong, broad and deep understanding of CMDB, ITSM, ITOM and ability to guide fairly simple integrations.
5+ Years experience with ServiceNow
