A Financial Services Company is seeking a ITSM ServiceNow Manager to lead the evangealism of the system and continue to develop it's capabilities within the business. This person will act as the liason between the technical developers and the end users to strategize and implement ServiceNow releases and customizations.
The right candidate will have knowledge of the software development process and experience in requirements gathering, a proven track record of successful large scale deployments and the clear ability to manage large teams.
10 years of working experience in the IT field, 5 years experience as a manager
The ability to present technical solutions and communicate effectively
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with IT Services within the Financial Industry
Salary is flexible depending on experience, but preferably budgeted at $130k. The role is onsite in Columbus, Georgia. The ideal candidate should be able to commute there daily and located near major airports for client site travel.
